There are 90,000,000 Vietnamese. Hanoi has 6,000,000 and Siagon has 9,000,000. The north Vietnamese seem very uptight. The south Vietnamese seem easy going and jovial. One final fact---there are 45,000,000 motor scooters in Vietnam! Everything moves by scooter.
